(Join meeting) Step
4b: Remote-control (of host) |
1. Remote-control (of host
desktop) allows you (or authorized attendees, one at a time) to use host's mouse and keyboard to control the host's computer remotely.
It means that you (or others) can work (such as to make presentation or share host's-application/desktop) on host's computer, as if
you (or others) were sitting in front of host's computer, and replicate the attendee's work (e.g. presentation or sharing host's-application/desktop) on host's computer to
all attendees' computers.
2. To get remote-control (of host desktop), you'd:
2(a) Ask host to click to highlight- -icon (illustrated below) on the host
tool-bar (at top-right corner of host desktop):

2(b) Or ask host to click to highlight-"GRANT Remote Control..."-button
(illustrated below) of host-GUI (near top-right corner of
host desktop):

2(c) If you want to do remote-control (of host), you would
then click your "GET Remote Control..." button, which
would be auto-highlighted when host allows client
remote-control in 2(a) and 2(b) above.
